The head of AD MEPSO, Burim Latifi, attends the General Assembly of ENTSO-E, which is taking place in Brussels these two days. At the regular meeting, AD MEPSO, as a member of the European network of transmission system operators for electricity, will participate in the election of the president, board members, and committees of ENTSO-E for the upcoming four years. Adopting the work plan is a separate item on the Assembly agenda.
Thirty-nine directors-general representing 35 member countries of ENTSO-E are present at the General Assembly. The shared mission of all members is the safety of ENTSO-E, optimal functioning, and development of mutually interconnected power systems at the European level, enabling the integration of renewable energy.
