Apart from the Law on Energy, in which the legal framework for the electricity sector was created, there are acts that determine in detail the position and mutual relations of all users of the transmission network and electricity market participants.
For defining the positions, privileges and obligations of the market participants and the users of the transmission network, as well as for regulating the mutual relations of the market participants, there are by-laws that regulate this matter.
